My new store!  In the heart of Troy's historic downtown at 207 River Street is Lux, Comfort & Health.  We have four massage therapists available offering various styles of massage therapy including walk-in chair massage!  We also have retail items that will improve your home life and continue the benefits of the work you receive in your sessions with us.  First time clients receive an extra 30 minutes free.

Essential Oils     

My Essential Oils are supplied by Oshadhi and Young Living.  I am trained in their blending and enjoy creating new, fresh and subtle scents.

I am licensed through the New York State Education Department and the Texas Department of State Health Services.

I am insured through the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.  My information can be found on their Massage Finder website.

I often work as an independent contractor for the national, corporate chair massage company, Infinite Massage.
